Help Me Shred MS! 

In June 2023, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. When I first heard the news from my ER doctor, I had no idea what MS even was. For a while, I kept it to myself, feeling embarrassed and afraid that people might see me as weak or disabled. The truth is, there are days when I do feel weak, when the disease gets the best of me, but MS doesn’t define me. I’m still me. I’m still Elle.

If you or someone you love is living with MS, please reach out. I would love to help guide them through this scary, but not impossible journey.
